Training and onboarding

Make learning an experience to live

A game turns a training course into an active path: the learner answers, chooses, tries, gets it wrong, improves, and sees the consequences of each decision straight away.

From a simple quiz to fuller scenarios, the mechanics adapt to the depth you need: score, gauges, branching, role play, personalised progress or feedback that depends on the answers.

The experiences can also plug into your LMS, so they fit naturally into your existing training paths.

Some projects we delivered

Health training · Vidal

HTA Watch

Teaching what's at stake with hypertension through a real adventure

Brief

Vidal wanted to offer healthcare professionals a playful training experience on high blood pressure.

The goal: go back over the fundamentals of hypertension, learn to spot the risk factors, then put players up against diagnosis and treatment problems — without falling into a string of content pages or classic quizzes.

Solution

We imagined HTA Watch, a story-driven serious game in which players hunt down the « HypeX », the risk factors of hypertension.

The path mixes matching games, exploration, clue hunting and decisions, so learning moves forward actively.

Social work training · IRTS

Trajectoires

Learning the professional stance through role play

Brief

IRTS wanted to give its learners an immersive training on careers in social work, as close as possible to what they meet in the field.

The goal: work on observation, interview stance, the analysis of a family situation and the prioritising of actions, rather than staying with theory.

Solution

We designed Trajectoires, an interactive simulation in which the player is a social worker facing a complex family situation.

Exploring the case file, a branching interview, sorting and prioritising: each decision moves gauges of trust, withdrawal or confusion, to make the effects of the stance visible and strengthen the role play.

Safety awareness · Center Parcs & Hauts-de-France Region

Learning the right reflexes through play

Brief

Center Parcs and the Hauts-de-France Region wanted to make their security and safety training more engaging, replacing part of the theory with playful role play.

For Center Parcs, the aim was to train staff on the main topics of security, fire safety, health and safety. For the Hauts-de-France Region, the experience also had to introduce candidates and future learners to careers in security.

Solution

We designed two serious games inspired by escape games, mixing physical objects, puzzles, videos and a digital interface.

Players handle objects, analyse situations and solve missions on fire safety, occupational risks and security.

For the Hauts-de-France Region, the experience was also designed to travel, going out to meet audiences in different training centres.

Games in the service of training

Quizzes, role play, scripted paths, gauges, branching or LMS integration: game mechanics let the experience fit the content, the audience and the learning goals.

The point isn't to gamify for the sake of it, but to get learners involved so they understand, remember and apply better.
