TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the subscription and payment terms of the LUDIZ Service.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

LUDIZ is published by Skillfab, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 952 265 189, with its registered office at 14 rue de l’Aubrac – 75012 Paris, France.

2. Offers and Purchase Options

The Client may access the Service through two options:

2.1 Subscription

Two plans are available:

🔹 Monthly: €89 incl. VAT per month – no commitment – automatic renewal

🔹 Annual: €890 incl. VAT per year – 12-month binding commitment – one-time payment

Included Credits

Each subscription includes 1,000 credits per month.

Credits:

  • are allocated monthly,
  • are cumulative,
  • remain usable until consumed.

End of Subscription

Upon expiration or termination:

  • No further monthly credit allocation will occur.
  • Existing credits remain usable.
  • The account remains accessible.
  • Published game paths remain accessible within the limits of the number of players and/or duration defined at publication.

2.2 One-Time Purchase of Credits

The Client may purchase credits without subscribing.

  • One-time payment.
  • No automatic renewal.
  • Credits remain usable as long as the account remains active.

3. Credit Exhaustion

When the credit balance approaches zero, the Client is notified.

The Client may:

  • wait for the next monthly allocation,
  • or purchase additional credits.

No charges are incurred without the Client’s voluntary action.

4. Payment

Prices are expressed in euros, including VAT.

Payment may be made:

  • by credit card via the platform,
  • or by invoice.

In case of non-payment, LUDIZ may suspend access to the Service.

5. Termination

Monthly Subscription

Termination is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Annual Subscription

12-month binding commitment.
No early refund.

6. Force Majeure

LUDIZ shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure.

7. Modification of the T&Cs

Modifications may be made with 30 days’ notice.

8. Governing Law

French law applies.
Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
