Workplace safety: a walk for your teams to play

Eight hazards are hidden in a warehouse and a workshop. You can't see them from afar: your teams enter each area, search, and judge what they find. Some situations look dangerous but are fine.

What your teams will go through

  1. 1

    The warehouse

An overview and three areas to search: the racking aisle, the picking area, the back of the warehouse. Four hazards, and situations that look risky without being so.

  2. 2

    The workshop

The drilling station, the utility wall, the welding area: four more hazards, and more decoys.

  3. 3

    The final quiz

Four questions on the rules that apply everywhere: protective equipment, near misses, the right to stop work in serious danger, the written risk assessment.

What they take away

  • Exits and walkways stay clear.
  • A damaged rack or a missing extinguisher is reported straight away.
  • Wear the protective equipment suited to the area and the task.
  • Machines guarded, cabinets closed, cylinders secured.
  • A leak or a near miss is dealt with and reported at once.

Frequently asked questions

Do players need an account?

No. The game opens in the browser, on a computer or a phone, with no sign-up or install.

How long does a game take?

About fifteen minutes: two buildings to search, then four questions.

Is the information reliable?

Each explanation cites its source (INRS, French Labour Code). Have them reviewed by your health and safety manager, and adapted to local regulations, before you share the game.

Can we make it look like our site?

Yes: when adapting it, the editor's assistant changes the places, the hazards, the text, your logo and your colours. You can also start from your own photos.

Why decoys?

Knowing what is not a hazard is part of the skill. Rightly dismissing a decoy earns points, mistaking it for a hazard costs some.
